Centralia Centres are quality controlled and training is standardised via Centralia Limited and OTHM. Centralia Centres treat the privacy of its learners and website users very seriously and we take appropriate security measures to safeguard your privacy and protect and manage any personal data that you share with us.

How we obtain your personal data: You provide us with personal data from enrolment, either on an online application form, a written application form or over the telephone. This includes name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone numbers, gender, employment status, qualifications, if registered as disabled, ethnicity and further personal data may be given in ‘Reasons for studying the Level 5 Diploma in Applied Reflexology for Integrated Medicine’. Further personal data will be obtained during the procedures of compiling assessments via ‘Person Study questionnaire and Client Records’. How we use your personal data: We use your personal data to register you with Centralia Limited and they then register you with the Awarding Organisation, OTHM, and application for certification is made via Centralia Centre on completion of your training. You will also be required to give personal data to a Membership Organisation for the purposes of securing insurance for performing reflexology treatments as a student/learner. We manage and administer your personal data and undertake at all times to protect your personal data in a manner which is consistent with a duty of professional confidence and the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)* We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data in storage. *The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) ico.org.uk may be contacted with any GDPR queries.

We do: use personal data to supply a CRM5 or CRM5 (Dip) Practitioner Register if requested by you on qualification
We do: use personal data to obtain certification upon qualification
We do: use personal data to provide a service and inform of events, inform of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events, changes in regulation and education in a relevant, useful and timely manner
We do: respect your privacy and work hard to meet strict regulatory requirements
We do not: sell your personal data to any 3rd party
